Surgical Technologist, Surgical Processing Technician, and Multi-Level Patient Care Technician Applicants
In addition to the procedures for High School, Adult, and Transfer Students, Surgical Technologist, Surgical Processing Technician, and Multi-Level Patient Care Technician students also are required to:
- Provide written consent to conduct a criminal history background check prior to registration
- Undergo a physical assessment by a licensed physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant and submit the assessment prior to enrolling in clinical courses
- Provide immunization and communicable disease history which meets requirements of affiliating agencies and New Jersey regulations
