Web Design I Hands-on introduction to concepts of web design through the use of powerful design software, such as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and GoLive. Includes working with tables and frames, objects and images, symbols and instances, and adding animation image maps, rollovers, and animated GIFs.
Advanced Spreadsheets Software, such as Excel, is used to build complex worksheets and
to conduct “what if” analyses.
Advanced Database Applications Database management software, such as Access is used to develop and implement database systems, multiple database files, query files, and reports.
Business Graphics and Software Integration Students learn to prepare business presentations using a software package, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and to effectively integrate graphics, spreadsheets, word processing, and database management applications.
Business Communication Students examine the management, technical, and business communication dynamics of the office. Topics include effectiveness of electronic communication, principles of effective business writing, and problem solving strategies.
